These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Nexus Point Systems Integration, LLC ("NPSI," "we," "us"), located at nexuspointsi.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Site Terms vs. Product License

These Terms govern the Site only. Use of the ConnectMate® Engine product is governed separately by the applicable End-User License Agreement and any order, subscription, or maintenance agreement between you and NPSI. In the event of a conflict regarding the product, those agreements control.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping or harvesting content through automated means except as expressly permitted, or using the Site in violation of any applicable law.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by NPSI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. ConnectMate® is a trademark of NPSI. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

4. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. NPSI does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Marketing materials on the Site do not constitute representations or warranties regarding any NPSI product.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NPSI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

6. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Cookie Policy and our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
